This guy was suppose to show up at 4:00 pm yesterday. Was a no show, tells me he will be there between 7:00 and 7:30 pm. Doesn’t show up again after waiting for him until 8:30 pm. He only responded to me after I told him I found someone else. That text message came in at 9:15. He is clearly a liar and has no sense of time or cares about his customers! Do not use this company !!

Sonra 45 dakika sonra. Nihayet 9:45'te onu gördüm, tamir yok, sadece kırık bir kapı kolu ve geri dönüş aramaları veya mesajları yok!!!!!

Saat 3'te arabamın kapısını kilitledim, bu sabah 8'den önce birinin gelmesini sağlayabilen ve istekli olan tek şirket buydu. Bu harikaydı! Adam için 45 dakikalık bir yolculuktu, geldiğinde nazikti. Ama ödeme zamanı geldiğinde bana 260 dolar olacağını söyledi ki bu, 30 saniyelik bir iş için aşırı. Saat ve yolculuk için küçük bir ek ücret anlayabilirim. Ama bir camı kırıp, yenisini alıp kendim değiştirmek daha ucuz olurdu.

I would not recommend this locksmith. On the initial visit, they were 3 hours late. The lock was installed; however, it was a remote access lock, which requires a smooth bolt action. The bolt would close, but it was not smooth. The locksmith told me that he had installed these types of locks and knew how to do it. I told him that I would handle the programming at a later date. I called the locksmith, informed him of the issue and scheduled a time to fix the lock. Day one - no show no call. Day two - no show no call. Texted him @ 7 PM for a follow up. Locksmith said he would come right now; however, I was not onsite. At that point, he become angry and started to give me a lecture on what I did wrong. Conversation was over. I will be hiring another locksmith to finish the job. There are several other locksmiths in the area.
